Western Cookouts

We cater events both large and small, from birthday parties to huge corporate events. Horseback/Haywagon cookouts are our specialty. USDA Choice steaks and No. 1 baking potatoes, specially prepared by our chef, ensure the best steak and potato cookouts in the west. Entertainment and transportation to and from your hotel is optional.

Menu

We have a full menu, including steaks, chicken, baby back ribs, hamburgers and hot dogs. Meals include either baked potato, salad, dinner roll and desert or baked beans, potato chips, and desert.

Unlimited Capacity

Groups from 8 to 2,000 are invited. We are totally mobile, if one of our four locations isn't right for you, we'll find one that is. Our dining room is as big as the great outdoors.

Entertainment

Western games, horseback arena events, cattle drives, team building, or live professional entertainment can all be combined with your western cookout.
