Our team building sessions are "hands on", in the the great outdoors. You can learn from the ultimate in "TEAM" while you test your communications skills learning to harness a team of horses. Like our team of horses you'll have to pull together to make this work. Test your teams planning and organization skills in "Team Penning". Can your team complete the project on time?

Capabilities

The ultimate in "TEAM"

Learn from the ultimate in teamwork as you test your communications skills while learning to harness a team of horses. You'll learn how communications can make or break your team. The relationship between your team members is important. Just as it is with a team of horses, everyone has to pull together. In your team someone must be the coach, as the driver is to the team of horses. Trust is essential and the coach must create a nurturing environment. Your team will finish with each member being given the opportunity to coach the ultimate team. With the guidance of an experienced teamster you'll each get a chance to drive.

Team Penning

Test your teams' ability to plan, organize and complete a project on time. Teams of four will plan how they sort four numbered steers out of a group of ten. The steers must be cut out of the group and moved into a predetermined area of the arena and held there. You'll find that things may not always go according to plan. This exercise is timed. It's great fun and a great learning experience.
