TRAIL HORSE ADVENTURES OPENS UPTOWN OUTPOST

Sedona, AZ --Trail Horse Adventures has opened a new reservations, information and retail Outpost in Uptown Sedona at 276 N. Hwy. 89A, Suite B. Located adjacent to the signaled crosswalk in the middle of Uptown, Trail Horse Adventures shares space with the Sedona Trolley Uptown Depot. This new location affords guests the convenience of booking trail rides and cookout options as they explore Uptown. The new Outpost features many retail items including logo'd western clothing and a large selection of the popular Painted Ponies.

Trail Horse Adventures holds a Coconino National Forest permit to miles and miles of the most beautiful trails in Sedona. Riders experience dramatic red rock views and pastoral high desert scenery. The best trail rides even feature crossings of Oak Creek. Trail Horse Adventures horseback rides are truly the only experience of their kind in the entire Verde Valley.

Wranglers, who are all CPR and First-Aid certified, always put safety first beginning with a specially designed platform from which to safely and easily mount and dismount your horse. Every rider receives a fifteen minute demonstration of riding to help them feel more comfortable and secure with their horse before they head out on their adventure.

Trail Horse Adventures is dedicated to community service programs benefiting children. This September, for the second year in a row, they will sponsor A Day at the Ranch benefiting the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. They also provide horses for the six- week Scottsdale Horsesense program that benefits underprivileged children. At both of these community service events children learn how to groom, feed and take care of horses through hands on training. The kids learn how to ride and they learn how to communicate with horses by identifying and understanding the body language of a horse. These programs help children gain respect for the animals and for themselves. In the process they are introduced to valuable life skills including first aid, desert survival, tobacco and drug prevention and positive social interaction.

Trail Horse Adventures invites the community to visit their Uptown Outpost for more information or call (928) 282-7252
